A Day at the Ballet

This half day offering includes introductory classes in ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Dancers will be divided into groups by age and have the opportunity to learn more about each dance style in 50 minute classes. Open to students ages 6-12.
Registration is required to attend. Tuition is $20 per student.

Student should wear dance attire or form fitting athletic attire. We suggest leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. Clothing should not restrict movement.

If your student is wearing a skirt or dress, please have them wear shorts or leggings underneath.

Formal dance class attire is NOT required.

We will take off our shoes to dance. If your student does not want to dance barefoot, please send socks with them to wear.

If your dancer already has ballet or jazz shoes that fit, they are welcome to wear them; however, there is no need to purchase formal dance shoes.

If possible, students’ hair should be pulled back off their face in a braid, bun or ponytail. Headbands work great for hair that is too short to pull back.
